We’re looking for a driven, energetic CRM Insights Manager. Racing and Cars is an online community designed to bring together passionate automobile collectors and enthusiasts. Members are able to post videos and photos of their prized possessions, join car clubs to find “fellow” car marque owners, locate events and tracks, buy and sell cars and parts, and keep up with the latest industry news.

Position Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build develop an aggregate view of the customers on the CRM program with respect to their behaviors and employ strategies to maximize value for the Racing and Cars system. • Work with the internal customer data team to understand the customer journey and build automated CRM programs to increase engagement, conversion, retention, and win-back. • Lead marketing & agencies to ensure CRM strategy is embraced to fully leverage the CRM platform as a channel of engagement with customers. • Continuously further personalization efforts across email, text, direct mail, racingandcars.com, etc. • Drive test-and- learn campaigns across customer touch-points to enhance contact optimization strategies and overall ROI • Highly proficient ability to effectively develop and deliver simple, impactful presentations from complex data and analytic insights to audiences to influence at all levels in the organization • Collaboration – Working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships • Quality Orientation – Accomplishes tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; shows concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checks processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.

Position Requirements

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) • Strong ability to be agile and innovative in a fast-paced, test and learn environment • Global and/or multi-lingual CRM experience a plus EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics or other related field required; Master’s degree preferred. • 3-5 years of full-time, organizational experience that includes customer insights and analytic data modeling, complex financial and customer-facing marketing analyses, related business planning, and supporting system integrations.
